You need to generate the OTP before any IVR transaction of Axis Bank Credit Card.

To generate your OTP, SMS AXIS < space > Last 4 digits of card number to 5676798

Example :- AXIS < space > 1234  to 5676798

You will receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.
