How to Add WordPress Site to Google Search Engine

Step 1
Create an account in Google Webmaster Tools and login to the webmaster tool
Step 2
Click on Add a Property and enter your WordPress website address as shown below and click continue

Step 3
In the next page select Add a meta tag to your site’s home page
Copy the Meta tag as shown below

Step 4
Now login to WordPress (wp-admin) and go to the dashboard
Click on tools, there you will find the Webmaster Tool Verification
Paste the copied Metatag in the Google Webmaster Tool and save the changes.

Step 5
Now go to Google Webmaster Center and click on verify. Now you can see the crawler access log there
