VMWare Error : A specified parameter was not correct vMotionspec.sharesInfo.shares

While performing storage vMoting, following error occurred.

Error Message:

A specified parameter was not correct
spec.sharesInfo.shares

Solution:

Edit the Resource Allocation of that particular VM and modify the reservation and shares value (CPU/Memory/ Storage) to lower value.
