VMware Error – Fault Tolerance requires the host to have a virtual NIC enabled for FT logging

Error:

While enabling Fault Tolerance for VM, following error occurred.

Solution:

Enable Fault Tolerance logging. After enabling the Fault Tolerance logging on one of the vSwitch, you can able to create the FT successfully. IF vMotion is already enabled for the particular switch, then you can Create a virtual switch

Add a VMKernel (Service console not required)
Assign IP
Enable FT logging.
