Go to Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & networks-> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> New APN and enter the following details there

2. Emtel Mauritius APN Settings for iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings-> General -> Network->Turn ON Cellular Data Network (or Mobile Data Network)
Select Cellular Data Network (or Mobile Data Network ) > APN and enter the following details
Cellular Data:
APN: web
Username: Blank
Password: Blank
MMS:
APN: MMS
Username: Blank
Password: Blank
MMSC: http://192.168.0.7:8514
MMS Proxy: 192.168.0.7:8080
MMS Message Size: 307200
MMS UA Prof URL: Blank
Restart iPhone and iPad

3. Internet Settings for Nokia C3 Series :

Internet Setting:

1. Go to Menu> Settings> Configuration> Personal settings
2. Under “Personal Account”, click on “Add” and select “Web”
For Account name, enter Emtel Internet
For User name, leave it blank
For Password, leave it blank
For Use preferred access pt, select “No”
3. Click on “Access point settings”, select “Disable” for Proxy
4. Click on “Bearer settings” followed by “Packet data access pt” and select Emtel Internet
For “Authentication type” and select “Secure”
For User name, leave it blank
For Password, leave it blank
5. Click “Back” three times, select “Emtel Internet” and click on “Activate”
6. Restart the mobile phone

MMS Setting:

1. Start screen.
2. Go to Menu>Settings>Configuration>Personal settings>
3. Under ‘Personal accounts’, click on ‘Options’, and select ‘Add new’
4. Click on ‘Multimedia message’,
For Account name, enter Emtel MMS
For server address, enter http://192.168.0.25:8514
Click on ‘Access point settings’
For Proxy, select ‘Enable’
For Proxy address, enter 192.168.0.214
For Proxy port, enter 8080
For Packet data access point, enter MMS
Click on ‘Authentication type’, select Secure
For Username, enter 230xxxxxxx(Emtel customer mobile number)
For Password, enter MMSC
5. Choose “Back” three times
6. Under “Personal accounts”, select “Emtel MMS” and click on “Activate”
7. Restart the mobile phone
