How to Restart iPhone

Press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off

Old Models –  Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your iPhone/iPad until a red slider appears. Drag the slider to turn off your device.  Now Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears to start your Phone.

Forced restart iPhone:

If your phone is very slow and not responding properly, you can forced restart your iPhone/iPad.

To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo

Old Models – Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo
