BSNL 3G GPRS MMS APN Settings for Android, iPhone, iPad Tablet, Blackberry, Galaxy HTC MotoG Redmi:
Below you can find the manual 3G GPRS/MMS APN settings for BSNL Mobile India(CellOne). Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Assam State Circles and Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore Cities.
1. BSNL 3G APN Settings for iPhone 4s,5,6,6s/ iPad:
Go to Settings-> General Settings-> Network->Turn ON Cellular Data Network (or Mobile Data Network) ->
->Select Cellular Network (or Mobile Data Network) -> APN
and enter the following details
Cellular Data:
APN: bsnlnet
Username: Blank
Password: Blank
MMS:
APN: bsnlmms
Username: blank
Password: blank
MMSC: http://bsnlmmsc.in:8514/
MMS Proxy: 10.210.10.11:8080
MMS Message Size: 307200
MMS UA Prof URL: left blank.
2. BSNL 3G GPRS Settings for Android / Samsung Galaxy S3 S4, S5/ HTC Desire Wildfire /Sony Xperia/ Micromax/ Motorola MotoG,E:
Go to Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & networks-> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> New APN and enter the following details there.
(Add two APN’s, one for GPRS and another one for MMS)

3. BSNL APN Settings for Blackberry 10 Bold Curve:
From the Main screen -> Select Options -> Advanced System Settings -> TCP IP
Place a check mark on APN Settings Enabled,
Type bsnlnet into the APN field and Save the changes.

Password: Blank
4. Other APN:
BSNL 3G/GPRS : bsnlnet, bsnllive, bsnlstream, bsnlmms
LIVE : bsnllive
TV : bsnlstream

Did you restart your mobile after configuring APN settings.
Also Check whether GPRS is enabled on your sim.
