How To Check For New Software Updates On Samsung  Galaxy Tab

To check check for new Software updates on your Galaxy tablet, you can follow the instructions below:

1. Tap the home key, and then tap apps in the top right corner.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap About tablet -> Software Update -> Update. 

4. Tap Update to check for updates.

Note: You need to have internet connection and login to Samsung Account in order to update your device.
