\nCreate an account in Google Webmaster Tools<\/a> and login to the webmaster tool

\nClick on Add a Property<\/strong> and enter your WordPress website address as shown below and click continue<\/p>\n

\nIn the next page select Add a meta tag to your site’s home page
\nCopy the Meta tag as shown below<\/p>\n

\nNow login to WordPress (wp-admin) and go to the dashboard
\nClick on tools, there you will find the Webmaster Tool Verification
\nPaste the copied Metatag in the Google Webmaster Tool and save the changes.<\/p>\n
