\nExternal Reset requires 25% battery backup, So charge your mobile before performing this option.<\/span><\/p>\n1. Press the VOL DOWN KEY<\/b> for 2-3 seconds then press POWER <\/b>key and then release the keys.<\/span>

\n<\/span>2. Press\u00a0VOL DOWN <\/b>Key and select Recovery<\/b> and press VOL UP Key<\/b> to enter.<\/span>
