Airtel\u00a0<\/u><\/b>broadband\u00a0<\/u><\/b>Wireless Settings for<\/u><\/b>\u00a0Beetel and Binatone\u00a0<\/u><\/span>ADSL <\/u><\/b>Modem <\/u><\/b>\/ \u00a0Reset WiFi Password<\/u><\/b><\/h2>\n

Logon to your Beetel modem through browser ( IE or Firefox).
\nType the following IP address in the IE Address bar.
\nIP – 192.168.1.1<\/b> , username- admin, password – password(default)<\/p>\n

1. Airtel WiFi Configuration for Beetel Modem<\/u><\/h3>\n

Go to –Wireless -> basic<\/b> and enable the settings as shown below
\nSSID- you choice<\/p>\n

Go to Wireless -> security<\/b> and select the ssid and enter your
\nwpa pre-shared key – wirelesspassword<\/p>\n

Save the settings and reboot the ADSL router<\/p>\n

Now go to your laptop – wireless network connection ->refresh network list<\/p>\n

You will find the mywireless<\/b> access point -> click on connect -> this will prompt for enter pass phrase<\/p>\n

enter your key (wirelesspassword<\/b>). Now modem will be connected to your laptop through wireless.<\/p>\n

note:If the DHCP service was enabled on your modem, that will supply an IP address for your laptop.Or you have to enter an static ip<\/p>\n

2. Airtel WiFi Configuration for\u00a0Binatone\u00a0Modem<\/u><\/h3>\n
Login to your Modem through web browser http:\/\/192.168.1.1<\/b><\/div>\n
username- admin,<\/div>\n
password – password(default) or get it form Airtel<\/div>\n

Go to Interface Setup -> Wireless<\/b> and enter the details as shown below.<\/div>\n

To reset the WiFi\u00a0Password:<\/span><\/h4>\n
Enter the SSID – your choice<\/b><\/div>\n
Pre shared-key – your choice<\/b><\/p>\n
