Log on to broadband modem( ADSL Router) through your favorite browser<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Default Modem IP : 192.168.1.1<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
User Name – admin<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
Password – admin<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
Modem Model – Teracom<\/span><\/div>\n
Model Name\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 T2-B-Gawv1.4U10Y-BI\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Firmware Version \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 10.4.3.12.12 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>
\nHardware Version \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Solos 4615 RD \/ Solos 461x CSP v1.0<\/span><\/div>\n
Go to Configuration – > Wireless Network<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
Modify the configurations as shown in the below picture<\/span><\/div>\n
Network Name – Your choice<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

WAP Pass Phrase – your secure password key <\/b>(You have to enter while connecting wifi modem remotely)<\/span>
\nSave the settings and reboot the modem<\/span>

Now go to your laptop – wireless network connection ->refresh network list<\/b><\/span>
\nYou will find the <\/b>mywireless access point -> click on connect -> this will prompt for enter pass phrase<\/b><\/span>
\nenter your key (<\/b>mykey).Now modem will be connected to your laptop through wireless.<\/b><\/span>
\nnote: If the DHCP service was enabled on your modem, that will supply an IP address for your laptop.Or you have to enter an static ip<\/b><\/span>
