How to Delete or Clear Spiceworks Inventory<\/b><\/span><\/u><\/h2>\n

To clear or delete Devices form Spiceworks Inventory you can follow the below simple steps<\/span><\/b>
\nClick on Inventory<\/b>
\nSelect Browse View <\/b>
\nSelect All Device <\/b>
\nOn the top bar click on > Edit -> Delete<\/b>
\nThis will show all the device list. Now you can select all<\/b> device and remove them form the inventory
\nNote:<\/b> Before performing<\/span> this you should take a backup of your database<\/p>\n

To take backup go to Settings -> Backup Configuration -> Backup Now<\/b><\/p>\n

How to Clear Spiceworks database?<\/b><\/span><\/u><\/h2>\n

You can clear or empty the Spicework database tables by using Sqlite Manager.

\nInstall SQlite Manager. If you have Firefox browser, then you can directly install the Firefox add-ons from the below link.

\nOnce the installation is completed , restart Firefox
\nNow Go to Tools -> SQLite Manager <\/b>
\nThis will open the SQLite Manager in a new window

\nOpen the spiceworks DB file stored in c:Program FilesSpiceworksdbspiceworks_prod.db <\/b>
\nIf spice works is running or some other system then use $ share to access db file<\/p>\n
