EMC Clariion Storage Procedure for Creating Snapshot, Snapview, Clone Lun, Morror View<\/p>\n

EMC Clariion Snapshot Snapview Clone Lun<\/u><\/h3>\n

1.Create RAID Group and bind LUNs:
\n-Snap Source
\n-2 caches LUNs.<\/p>\n

2.Right click Reserved LUN Pool > Configure > Add cache1 to SPA & cache2 to SPB<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n

3.Create Storage Group (source) \u2013 Select Source LUN & host
\n4.Rescan Disk Management & allocate some files into the drive.
\n5.Right click Source LUN > SnapView > Create Snapshot<\/p>\n

6.Right click Source LUN > SnapView > Start SnapView Session<\/p>\n

7.Go to SnapView > Snapshots > Snapshot Name > Right click SnapName > Activate Snapshot<\/p>\n

8.Create Storage Group (target) \u2013 Select Snapshot and host
\n9.Rescan Disk Management & change some files. (Target)
\n10.Storage Group (source) \u2013 remove source LUN
\n11.Go to SnapView > Snapshots > Sessions > Right click SessionName > Start Rollback<\/p>\n

12.Storage Group (source) \u2013 Select back the source LUN
