In this error Find and edit Util.pm
\n#locate Util.pm<\/b>
\nedit\u00a0 \/usr\/lib\/perl5\/Hash\/Util.pm and find the error line 8<\/p>\n

it shows
\nuse Scalar::Util qw(reftype);<\/b><\/p>\n

In my case perl-Scallar was not installed
\ninstall perl-Scallar*<\/p>\n

#yum install perl-Scallar* <\/b><\/p>\n
